Shipping
When Urban Collector ships to customers, we prioritize proper packaging, handling, and security of the product first. Items with a higher value or being shipped international will often be shipped through UPS. Domestic shipments will most often be shipped via Canada Post unless the item has significant value.
We will never intentionally markup shipping and will charge as close to actual quoted price as possible.
To our friends in the USA, your purchases will be shipped via UPS but unfortunately there may be significant tariffs and customs fees that you will be responsible for paying prior to receiving your shipment.
*Urban Collector will not be held responsible for damages incurred during the shipping of items purchased.
Refunds
Urban Collector spends a lot of time providing accurate descriptions on our online store so that our customers can make the best informed decision. If any damage is caused by Urban Collector during the handling of the item(s) prior to shipping, we will inform the customer and issue a full refund upon request.
Once purchase(s) are packaged and shipped, no refunds will be issued upon the customer receiving their purchases unless Urban Collector made a very obvious mistake in the posting of an item.
If damage to purchase(s) were caused by the shipping company, Urban Collector will not issue a refund but will work with the customer to file an insurance claim with the shipper used as is reasonable.
